Returns

Since many of our products are pet supplies and will come into contact with pets, in order to avoid disease and bacterial infection, such products are not returned.

We will provide refunds and returns service for defective and non-pet products within 30 days from the date of shipment. If it is not a product quality problem, the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
